Embark on a transformative three-week virtual journey tailored for individual, emerging leaders. This workshop offers a comprehensive introduction to essential leadership practices, structured around a core set of 10 business behaviors integral to team management.

Targeted for individuals new to leading others, each participant will engage in self-evaluation exercises within these critical areas, supplemented by a wealth of digital resources and personalized 1:1 coaching and guidance. The program is crafted to bolster their leadership capabilities and propel their career forward.

Flexibility is at the heart of this workshop, allowing the participant to integrate learning into their unique routine. Each week, they'll have the opportunity to convene with Dr. Bill Ryan, their mentor, in dedicated sessions to refine understanding, tackle obstacles, and strategize for their, unique situation focused on their professional advancement. These individualized discussions are adaptable to accommodate the evolution of schedule, ensuring consistent support throughout the experience.
