Remote Leadership – how to work & live in the new remote lifespace. (Leadership -301)

Description
Time is calling this "the World's Largest Work-From-Home Experiment" and it’s likely you are in the middle and not sure where the start or the finish is. The good news is you’re not alone and the goal is still the same for you and your organization. The difference is how we get there in this new lifespace where we work and live with an additional set of new co-workers.
This 3-week workshop composed of 90 minute sessions will focus on exploring, experimenting, and moving towards a remote style of leadership focused on engaging people, creating new processes for work and innovation to be done, and developing skills that look at the future of work in a connected, collaborative, and remote community. During these sessions we will actively practice the ideas shared using small group exercises in breakout session and an active, provoked conversation to highlight and create best practices.
